Yesterday, Mom and I had a mother-daughter thrifting day! One of my favorite things to do to make some extra money is to find clothes that are in great condition at thrift stores and re-sell them on eBay. Mom wanted me to list some girl's dresses this time, so that was our special mission on this thrifting trip! We had so much fun just looking at all of the frills and bows in the stores, and the Lord led us to some great deals on a handful of dresses! There are a few more girlie things that we picked up that aren't in the picture.
Right now, my sewing table has become a computer desk (thanks Phil for letting me use your laptop :), my floor is covered in all manner of dresses and sweaters, clothing pictures have been taken, and I'm getting ready for the long, tedious task of actually listing everything. :) The shopping part is fun, but when it actually comes down to taking pictures, writing item descriptions, and figuring shipping prices...whew! It is exciting though to see people bidding on your items if you get any "bites". Let the auction begin!
